I'm Paolo, a photographer based in Casal de' Pazzi (Rome), and my specialty is family photography: telling the story of bonds, everyday gestures and life's important milestones with authentic, timeless images. Why choose me as your family photographer? My approach starts with listening: first I want to understand who you are, how you live your daily life and which memories you want to preserve. I don't look for forced poses but for real moments — a stolen hug, a knowing glance, a father's hand holding his child's foot — because those small details become the greatest memories. My experience and training, combined with careful attention to light and composition, allow me to create bespoke family photo sessions: studio or outdoor shoots, couple and parent-child portraits, maternity sessions that celebrate the sweet wait, newborn shoots designed for the first days of life, and reportage for christenings, first communions and birthdays. With the littlest ones I always work patiently and respectfully of their rhythm, in a comfortable environment: my studio is welcoming and set up to put mum, dad and baby at ease. How do I work? Before the session we talk to define style and expectations. In the studio I build simple, well-crafted sets; outdoors I make the most of natural light and locations that represent you. During the shoot I prefer to guide gently, encourage spontaneity and leave room for natural family interaction. After the session, the images go through careful post-production that enhances light and color without compromising the authenticity of the moments. My mission is to give you images you can watch and feel today and years from now: photographs that speak of your affection, your roots and your stories.
