I’m Filippo, known as Filmor: a photographer and videomaker with a passion for real stories. My main focus is family photography: here in Barcellona Pozzo di Gotto and across the province of Messina I create images that don’t just document, but tell a story. I work in a reportage style, attentive to light and detail, to capture the spontaneity of every hug, smile and glance. Why choose me as your family photographer? Because I put relationships first. I believe the best photographs are born when the camera becomes invisible and the family can simply be themselves. My approach is discreet and friendly: I watch, gently encourage, and step in only when needed to highlight your naturalness. This attitude helps even the shyest family members — children included — relax and show their true selves in front of the lens. What I photograph: families in their everyday life, outdoor sessions on the seafront or among village alleys, playful moments, and intimate portraits of parents and children. I pay particular attention to children and newborn photography, capturing small gestures that become precious memories over time. I also photograph birthdays and family events, where the spontaneous atmosphere of the celebration is the protagonist. How I work: before every session we talk to understand your wishes and choose the location — your home, a beach, a village, or my studio — that best suits the story we want to tell. During the shoot I prefer natural light and a relaxed pace that allows children to play and adults to enjoy the moment. Images are carefully selected and edited, preserving a timeless aesthetic. I’m convinced every family deserves authentic, lasting memories.
