I’m Silvia Bovo: photographer, graphic designer and mother. I work as a freelance photographer between Valeggio sul Mincio and Villafranca di Verona, focusing mainly on family photography. My academic training and a Master’s degree in Photography gave me solid technical skills; being a mother taught me to observe the small gestures and emotions that make every family unique. As a family photographer I focus on natural, authentic portraits. I prefer to create a relaxed atmosphere where children can be themselves: play, laughter and spontaneous moments become the opportunity to capture real images rather than forced poses. My approach combines documentary sensitivity with aesthetic care — the result is family photos that tell stories, suitable for albums as well as graphic projects or high-quality prints. I work both in the studio, where I have equipment and backdrops designed for intimate, luminous portraits, and on location at your home when the family environment is an important part of the story. Every family photography session is tailored: we discuss your needs, define the mood of the images together and I plan the timing to minimize stress and interruptions. For children I favour short, dynamic sessions that keep the fun alive and allow for spontaneous results. Beyond family portraiture, I bring the eye of a graphic designer: I consider format, image sequencing and printing options to turn photographs into tangible objects that live in your home.
